In the heart of the idyllic region of Kamptal lies the traditional winegrowing town of Langenlois, where there are also vineyards of this winery. The enthusiasm of the winemaker Rudolf Sax and his passionate efforts for the best quality of his wine is impressive. All production is harvested exclusively by hand. The harvest of predominantly white varieties is further fermented in temperature-controlled stainless steel tanks. Since 1999 the method of extra fine and gentle pressing of grapes has been used. As a result of this all are stable, rich and fragrant wines.
